At Bad Bull, we’re not just about beef jerky—we’re about passion, flavor, and a little bit of wild adventure. Meet Bull (that’s me, the one who loves to build things—literally) and my partner, Bad (because, well, the man makes some bad-to-the-bone jerky). Together, we’re the duo behind the best-tasting, no-nonsense jerky you’ll ever sink your teeth into.


It all started on a construction site—like all great stories, right? I, Bull, own a construction company and spend most of my days making things happen in the field and office. But my loyal Superintendent, Bad, had a side hustle—making homemade beef jerky in his kitchen. And not just any jerky, we’re talking about the real deal, made with a secret weapon: Chilitepin chilis imported straight from Mexico.


One day, while we were at the job site, Bad told me all about his jerky, which he’d lovingly (and hilariously) named Meowww Beef Jerky—don’t ask, because it has nothing to do with cats. I laughed so hard I nearly fell into a trench, but when I finally tasted the jerky, it was no joke. It was amazing! Crispy, chewy, and bursting with flavor.


That’s when Bad came to me for help. He was ready to take his jerky to the next level but had no idea how to start a business. He asked me to tag along to a USDA-approved facility to talk about mass production. Reluctantly, I agreed, thinking this was just another one of his wild ideas. But after visiting the factory and tasting more of his jerky, I knew this was something special.


We shook hands, and just like that, we became equal partners. There was only one condition—if I was going to do this, it had to be done right, and that meant taking control of the business side. So, on May 8, 2023, the journey began. I dove into research and development, refining the recipes, perfecting the process, and getting everything in place to launch what is now Bad Bull LLC.


Today, Bad Bull isn’t just another jerky brand—it’s a commitment. A commitment to quality, to flavor, and to creating a snack that’s healthy, without preservatives, added sugars, or those sneaky fillers you’ll find in some other brands. While many companies add extra water and use quicker dehydration methods to increase weight and lower costs, we do the opposite. Our longer dehydration process removes more moisture, resulting in a leaner, thin-cut jerky that’s packed with intense flavor and superior quality—yet still filling and long-lasting. This extended process costs us more in time and production, but it’s what it takes to deliver a better product—one we proudly offer at a competitive price.


And then there’s the heat. We use Chilitepin chilis—a small but mighty chili imported from Mexico that delivers a flavor unlike anything else. These chilis are far more expensive than the standard varieties most brands use, but their bold, distinctive taste is what sets our jerky apart. We believe that only the best ingredients make the best jerky, and that’s why we’re willing to invest in quality for an unforgettable snack experience.


We’ve launched with just two killer flavors—Spicy Chili and Black Pepper—but we’re just getting started. Stay tuned, because there’s a lot more coming, from new flavors to cool swag and more.


What began as a fun project between two guys, Bad and Bull, has turned into a labor of love, fueled by the belief that we’re making the best, healthiest beef jerky out there. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re excited for you to join the ride.

At Bad Bull, the smoking and curing process of our beef jerky is a labor of love and craftsmanship, designed to deliver the ultimate flavor and texture. We begin with premium, lean cuts of beef that are carefully trimmed and marinated in our special blend of spices and natural ingredients. This marination allows the flavors to deeply penetrate the meat, ensuring a robust taste in every bite. We then slow-cook and smoke our jerky using traditional methods, utilizing natural wood smoke to infuse each piece with a rich, smoky aroma.
